1966年 9 月出生，1989 年 6 月毕业于华东师范大学获教育学学士学位,1997年6月毕业中国矿业大学北京研究生部获硕士学位。主要心理学,组织行为学，企业管理等方面的教学与研究工作。参加各种科研项目5项，出版著作2部、发表论文 12 篇。

Miao Jianguo, currently serving as a lecturer and also as the MBA Teaching Secretary at the School of Management. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Education from East China Normal University in June 1989 and his Master's degree from the Graduate School of China University of Mining and Technology in Beijing in June 1997. He has been actively involved in teaching and research in psychology, organizational behavior, and enterprise management. He has participated in five research projects, authored two books, and published 12 papers.
